Send a request for an official Payette County criminal record to the office that created or preserves it. Court files, sheriff reports, county jail information, and Idaho repository checks have different custodians and contact routes. The local details below separate those channels so a request reaches the correct desk. Payette County Criminal History is privately operated and cannot retrieve, certify, change, seal, expunge, or remove a record maintained by a government agency.

This Is Not a Government Office. Payette County Criminal History is a private reference resource. It cannot produce an official criminal record, perform an official background check, correct or remove government data, or receive an expungement filing. Only the responsible public office can provide those services.

Sheriff Records accepts its official request form through the page's email link, by fax, through the mail, or at the Room 101 counter. The Clerk works from the same courthouse complex, but it is a separate custodian. Ask the Clerk for filed court material and Sheriff Records for reports created by the Sheriff's Office.
